Wow, that was the most idiotic thing I have ever seen in my life. I just searched for the Yankee most iconic moment. The Yankees. The most noted professional team on the entire planet. A team with TWENTY-SEVEN championships! A team with the icons Babe Ruth, Gehrig, Yogi, Jeter, Mariano, DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Reggie...and whoever put this video together has an Aaron Boone homerun in a playoff series as the greatest Yankee moment?!? I mean, I know my country is falling apart with this Trump thing going on, but I didn't realize just how f...u..cked up my nation really is. Aaron Boone's playoff homer is thee most iconic moment in the New York Yankees' history? Good God.

And it wasn't like Don Larson didn't throw the only perfect game in World Series history, back when perfect games were even more rare. Or Gehrig wasn't the luckiest dead man walking on the face of the earth. Or Reggie didn't just hit HR #3. Or DiMaggio didn't hit 56 games. Or Ruth didn't hit 60 and Maris 61. Or Jeter didn't make the flip to get Giambi. And Bucky fucking Dent didn't hit a better one.

Or Billy fighting with Reggie in the dugout.
Or Bobby Murcer's homerun the night after his friend Thurman Munson's funeral.
Or Babe Ruth's called homerun.
Or Dave Winfield killing that bird in Toronto.
Or "The Bronx is burning" live on TV while a Yankee World Series game is going on.
Or one-armed pitcher Jim Abbott pitching a no-hitter.
Or Jeter's 3,000th hit...which just happened to be a homerun!
Or even Mike Keckich and Fritz Peterson switching wives!
