The "The creator of this thread has been blocked" message works well enough but it makes the boards ugly.
I would change this code in threadblock from...
... to this...

Sure, each page of a board will have variable amounts of threads depending on the user, and if you have a lot of people blocked, you might even get blank results per page, but I think overall for the most of us it's an improvement to the aesthetics of the board.

. Until the next update, PBP files are essentially gzipped ASCII files with a 6 byte header slapped onto them.
