In a movie (that I like) that uses 'fvck' every five seconds, I can't believe that in "Alien3" Ripley said:
"They think we're...crud."
I saw this in the theatres and distinctly remember a guy a few rows up who burst out laughing followed by a "what the hell."

Caught Mortal Kombat: Annihilation on TV once. I saw the Nostalgia Critic's review first and had to see for myself. This is probably the most famous exchange:

People rip on the "I don't like sand..." stuff from Attack of the Clones (as they should), but I think the worse dialogue is the exchange Padme has with Anakin before they're lead out into the arena.
"I've been dying a little each day since I've met you...." "I truly, deeply, love you......"
Ugh.

Plan 9 From Outer Space has so many to choose from, but what makes this particularly cringeworthy is the actress's misreading. youtu.be/U_8RCkYQ4kM?t=25m55s

I should also mention that "I hadn't notice it was raining" line from Four Weddings and a Funeral as well as that "What happens when a toad gets struck by lightning?" from X-Men.

I was talking about that Jerry Maguire thing and how that line isn't so bad since it's so memorable. The quoting thing got screwed up when I replied.

Any movie written by Kurtzman and Orci. Lots of cringe worthy dialogue.

"KHAAAAAAAAAAN!" - Star Trek Into Darkness
Pretty much any exchange between Anakin and Padme in the prequels. Highlights include "I wish I could wish away my feelings", "Hold me like you did by the lake in Naboo", "You're breaking my heart", and the entire "You're so beautiful" exchange.
"A woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets" - Titanic
"I'm the motherf***er who found this place" - Zero Dark Thirty
The whole laundry scene between Aunt May and Peter - The Amazing Spider-Man 2

While I absolutely love the movie, the one from Neferteri in Ten Commandments:
"Oh, Moses, Moses, you stubborn, splendid, adorable fool!"
Also:
Short Round from Temple of Doom:
Indy! I love you!

I cringe at several lines in The Terminator. Maybe they're fine to others, I just find them incredibly cringy. "On your feet, soldier" "Ha ha, fooled you, you're talking to a machine." Cos it's a movie about machines that act human, geddit?! OHHH. "You're terminated, f-----" Sadly, the awesomeness of "come with me if you want to live" cannot undo the suck.

"If it hit you, it'd leave a two foot hole coming out." Maybe not so much cringy as dumb.

There's this line in Training Day that Scott Glenn says when Denzel goes to visit him. Something about " laying low and stacking some cheddar " or something. Anyways. It just sounds ridiculous coming from Scott. It's not so much the line itself but just the fact it's HIM saying it. It just sounds odd coming from him.
