There's currently no evidence whatsoever to suggest that it is.
But there's also no evidence at this time to suggest that it isn't.

Of course, they are.
They paid Terrence Howard the most in Iron Man and then asked him to take a salary cut for the sequel. His other white co-stars weren't asked to do the same.
They made Mordo a BLACK man who will practice BLACK magic in the sequel.
Black Panther's main villain is going to be a white man in AFRICA.
Jaiying, a Chinese Inhuman in Agents of SHIELD, is the most racist depiction of a Chinese native I have ever seen in my life.

They whitewashed Mandarin and Ancient one
In a way they are racist for not using Miles Morales, they have his best Pal and Uncle in Homecoming, why not all the way? The nonwhite characters are extras in Homecoming just with the name of comic book characters. There were nonwhite extras in the last two series. So much for the diversity Marvel claimed it achievedππππππ

And the DCEU is a million times more racist for having Cyborg as the only major black character by the time of the Justice League's creation. The MCU had Nick Fury, Rhodey, and Heimdall by the time The Avengers was released, and have since added a lot more. Also, they did not whitewash The Madarin, and The Ancient One was a no-win situation from the beginning. It was either go with the "old Asian master" stereotype or do something different. Oh, and by the way, you're wrong about everything else you've said about the MCU, too.

He gets the short end of the stick. 2. You won't get an argument about DC,but MCU is not any better Black Panther has been delayed a billion times over the years. The Black heroes have been supporting characters other than BP and LC. All the Nonwhite characters in Homecoming are extras. 3. Whitewashing is still whitewashing. A lot of people are dishonest when justifying the whitewashing. 4. People put too much faith in THe MCU,I myself made that mistake. Wormhole and all his pals win and get the last laugh.

Actually, the MCU is way better than the DCEU, because Luke Cage and Black Panther are both taking spotlight, and more will follow. Meanwhile, the DCEU has Cyborg, and... Cyborg. And that's about it. Also, I don't need your permission to criticize DC in any way I want. 3. Keep dreaming, loser. MCU fans will have the last laugh, because we're here to enjoy the show instead of fixating our energy on hating it the way cretins like you do.

No more than the 2015 Academy Awards were. Even twenty years ago they were making black superhero movies like Blade.

They are stealing from Miles him being terrible doesn't change that,So much for Diversity when they won't let him be Spiderman and instead will put Peter in his place and make a bunch of characters nonwhite and Give them no purposes. Whitewashing is Still Whitewashing people that Justfy Mandarin and Anicent One,are defending racism. 2. Yeah two characters is way better than 1. Both are failing with diversity 3. Open your eyes, you have lost.everytime Wormhole and his pals Critized they have been right. Other than Netflix MCU is a lost cause.

Open your eyes, you have lost.everytime Wormhole and his pals Critized they have been right. Other than Netflix MCU is a lost cause. 1. Yes, I'm sure those are the conclusions your twisted mind came to. They used Peter Parker because he's the Spider-man the generation population is familiar with and has grown to love over the decades. Duh. And they can steal from Miles all they want as far as I'm concerned. No one even cares about Morales, anyway. They didn't whitewash the Mandarin, you idiot. And they made the right call with The Ancient One. I don't care if that's defending racism in your warped view. You don't matter. 2. Actually, they have way more than two black characters. Nick Fury, Sam Wilson, Heimdall, Mordo, and that's the movies. Only the DCEU is failing with diversity. 3. Yeah, sure, buddy. Just keep telling yourself that. Whatever helps your sleep at night. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to buy the huge hit film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, as soon as its out on digital and DVD.

So much for the diversity Marvel claimed it achievedππππππ The Mandarin wasn't actually in Iron Man 3, that was an AIM created decoy influenced by the myth of the original founder of the Ten Rings organization. The role of "The Ancient One" is a title passed down from person to person in the MCU, had they kept the literal Ancient One from the books it would've done more harm than good when trying to appeal to international audiences. Miles Morales has not proven to be successful with movie goers, general audiences associate Spider-Man with Peter Parker first and foremost. Splicing two different characters from the source material is not uncommon, even for the MCU - they blended Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo together in IM2.

Miles Morales has not proven to be successful with movie goers according to what? Meaning few are asking for a movie with him as opposed to Peter, the animated Spider-Man for next year will be the test.

There's no way in hell Miles would be picked over Peter, especially when Marvel finally got to use Spidey in the MCU. Peter Parker is still iconic and still liked version of Spider-Man, that's not to say that miles shouldn't or could never be Spider-Man, but Peter was a guaranteed pick.
As for using the fat friend that Peter had, the MCU is it's own universe, they can do whatever they want. They are in no way obligated to follow the comics.
As for the inclusion of Miles, depending on how long the deal last I can see miles appearing as a supporting character to build him up as a future Spider-Man.

Oh, I see you love to signature-quote white wizards too, I happen to have the contact details of a Grand Wizard who happens to be very interested in angryraptors like you. Give him a call, he will give your life some meaning at last...
Last time I checked Will Smith lead the SS and was still black. Enlighten me, which of the 15+ MCU movies had a black lead and a black female protagonist (including a female main antagonist) like DCEU movie Nr 3...?...but hoping for a factually correct and non-fallacious answer from you is like Waiting for Godot (not Gal I'm afraid).
Still, you are so bad at what you do, watching you stumbe over your own stupidity is very entertaining - but I would have prefered one of your legendary "F*** You" amok-meltdowns with beating-up threats. Please do one of those again soon ...
