The Bible says to always obey your parents. What for if they are abusive? Do I have to let them beat me or molest me? child protective services.

I says "obey your parents in the Lord." Not simply "Obey your parents."
In other words, of what you are obeying them for is honoring to the Lord, than it is right, but if your parents are forcing you to do something that goes against what God says, than you should go against them.
Even the most well intentioned of rules from parents are not infallible. For instance, let's say your parents tell you to go straight to the store to buy something for them, and not stop to do anything else. But as you head to the store, you see a person who is being beat up by another person. The right thing to do would be to find help for that person, even if it means that you have to break your parents rules, because it would not be honoring to God to let the person get beat up simply because you were told to go straight without doing anything else. Your parents didn't know that would come across something like this, and if you stop to help them, any truly God-honoring parent will commend you for it, rather than scold you for disobeying them.

Yes, because they'll get a thumping if they don't.
