I'm pro-choice, but the ideological "purity" movement in the American progressive left is going to cost us possible seats in 2018 and probably the election itself in 2020. Name one candidate on the left that can catch the vote without an internal "But Hillary spoke wrongly about AIDS in 1998!" type implosion.
