I was expecting to see some good funny exchange between Tyrion and Bronn. Damn, they stole our entertainment. Should have been 10 episodes. That said this is overall one of the best seasons with episodes 1,3 and 4 being awesome and 4th being among top 5 episodes ever imo.

They've had enough of the hard work and want to enjoy their millions. Besides, they don't trust anyone to take over the writing from them

Feed that imp to the dragons. What's his bloody use if he can't make us laugh anymore. We don't want to see his serious humanitarian tête-à-tête with the eunuch. fck them both they are bloody useless now.

Varys has been a traitor from the start, planning a Dothraki invasion in Season 1. Tyrion was lost when he killed his father. There is no redeeming any of this.

No funny heart warming Tyrion Bronn exchange? Damn. Also Jon can't even smile when he finds out Arya and Bran are alive? Jorah doesn't take a second to say to Jon "The guy that cured me knew me dad too. Fat guy named Sam. Know him?" Cut the countless cersei smirking scenes that we get every episode and give us shit we want. Although the pace isn't bothering me. When I saw the Night King and white walkers in the preview I actually said "Fucking finally."

Yea you can feel the story becoming pushed more and more. It's a bit distracting actually. Since we only have about 4 seconds to weigh the previous scene before the characters are immediately in a different part of the world. It's a completely different pace than the previous 6 seasons.
