"It is said that cats are aware of God's existence. While dogs think people are God, cats don’t. Cats know that people act as middlemen to God’s will. They’re not ungrateful, they just know better.”

"It is said that cats are aware of God's existence. While dogs think people are God, cats don’t. Cats know that people act as middlemen to God’s will. They’re not ungrateful, they just know better.” Here's photographic proof that cats are aware of God's presence: Awwww... Anyone else notice that these cats are photographed with people of Eastern religions? I am an agnostic atheist, but I couldn't live without the sweet little souls of my cats. They are my family. When the world beats me up, I come home to my kitties. They are always there with a purr and a snuggle. I relish bottle-feeding little ones that have been taken from their moms and discarded (some people's version of cat population control). They often show up at my veterinarian's clinic, and I am the nameless, faceless person who feeds them until they are old enough to be adopted by a loving family. I can't imagine my life without kitties. They are the closest thing to angels I can think of.

God in the case of the quote was translated from "Allah" ... Well, then, you should have indicated in the OP that the quote was Muslim and also chided the poster that had photos of cats with Buddhists and other Asian religions. This is an open forum. Expect responders to digress, especially when you don't give complete information in your OP as to which of the thousands of gods of man you are referring to.

You replied to my first post since the OP and it is implicit in my last response here that other claims to deity other than what I stated might be as inappropriate as your choice. However, since you chose one in a pantheon of gods and the OP is obviously from a monotheistic viewpoint your choice was dead in the water from the onset, as are others such as Rosenthal reference Buddhism, that has no gods at all. I have no problem with what you or others have posted. I purposely did not give the source of the quote as I was interested in what direction replies might take. I just decided it was time to interject some additional information.

Additional restrictions, seems like.
