I voted Octopuses Garden, I've found that song so enjoyable and fascinating. It also has the benefit of not being hurt by overplay unlike certain other tracks here.

I know Come Together (1969) will always be the feature song, but Here Comes the Sun (1969) has a more gentler sound to it. I like the way the words just kinda soften me up.
