what is bigfoot and does it possibly exist? is it just an ape if it does as well. IF they exist then they're just natural creatures, most probably an ape of some kind. NOTHING supernatural, extraterrestrial or extradimensional...or any other such thing. Just a normal living and breathing EARTHLY animal. NOTHING MORE.

If it exists, it's either an ape or what X-Files suggested in its first season for the Jersey Devil, some type of early human that wound up being an evolutionary dead end.

There's numerous theories on what 'Bigfoot' really is. I've read Bigfoot could be an Alien or some sort of shapeshifter of some kind. I've also read they could be an ancient human/hominid species that survived to this day. Who knows? We won't know unless we find one (if we find one).

I try to be open minded on this one but I am 95% sure that Bigfoot does not exist. If it does, then it is an animal, that's all.

It's a creature controlled by aliens. Possibly a robot. I saw a former astronaut talking about it. He seemed really credible.

While I know, that many reports are hoaxes, and mis-identified creatures... I find it difficult to accept that ALL the reports fall into either of these two categories.
So, I too, try to remain open minded. Especially concerning these reports:
Hikers who are climbing remote mountain peaks, encounter Bigfoot prints in the snow. While it is possible that the Hiker might be hoaxing the find themselves, one would have to ask would they really do this, when climbing such mountains as, let's say, Mt. Everest? I would have to say, no. There would be much easier places, like the small mountains in the Pacific NorthWest to do this. And for anyone else to fake Bigfoot prints, for others to find, on remote mountains, such as, let's say again, Mt. Everest... Well, that's just not logical. The likely hood of anyone ever find the print are practically zero, and the hoaxers want to know that there prank worked... So.
If Hikers are not creating Bigfoot prints. And Hoaxters are not creating Bigfoot prints. and the Bigfoot prints don't match up with known animal tracks... What's left?
I guess "Bigfoot" would have to be real...
While some people think they are connected with Aliens, and others say they come from another dimension...
I think they are just another creature like the mountain gorillas, that are just a bit more evolved.
There are places where they could live, such as cave systems found in remote mountains, and hide there too.
People ask why don't we ever find dead Bigfoot carcasses? They should really ask, how often do people find dead deer carcasses in the deep woods? From what I have been told, it is very rare. And deer are everywhere! Bigfoot are more reclusive.

I still don't know what to believe concerning the famous Patterson–Gimlin Bigfoot film... The apparent Bigfoot sighting occurred nearly 50 Years Ago ( Happy Anniversary)... in the early afternoon of Friday, October 20, 1967... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patterson%E2%80%93Gimlin_filmPeople STILL debate that one... Some scientists believe a real creature was filmed, while others are not convinced. Some people believe it could not be hoaxed, while others have admitted it was a hoax. The one thing most people will agree on, if it was a hoax, it's one of the best hoaxes of all time, because it was one of the best costumes ever created... and has impressed scientists (like I said), and people in Hollywood! Interestingly, The original suit has yet to be displayed, and no one has been able to create a successful recreation of the "costume", and "completely" debunk the film. Believe It... Or Not!
