Have been using GOOGLE IMAGE but much of the time the images are not labeled as to who is in them and what film they are from.
Is there a better place to find screenshots of films ?
On a related subject: Is there a place where one could , for instance, say "Find me a screenshot of a plate of spaghetti" and be taken to a collection of same ?

paisleneThanks for replying. I have found that the images on IMDb won't copy here. All that happens when the url is C&P-ed is a <--- like that Google Image is what I have been using but it is not giving me quite what I am looking for.

paisleneThe thing is that we are playing some Games here where we need to find certain objects / people / what-evers in a screenshot from a movie. Sooooo ... what I am really looking for is where I can put in a search and get a bunch of images to choose from. Often, I have a scene in mind in a particular film but it just is not there on Google Image. Other games or threads need a photo of a particular actor but there are pictures on GI that are not labelled and a whole mix of pictures come up when you do a search. One night pictures of Jaleel White came up no matter who we were looking for.

teleadm That worked for spaghetti. I had not looked specifically for spaghetti since I had posted the "request". I still cannot get an "abacus" to appear even when I put in "abacus movie scene". OR the images for"woman throwing a drink into a guy's face". YES it does sound like a weird game !
Google Image seems to be pretty hit and miss. IDing the right actor is a nightmare because the images are so often accompanied only with a line or two of an article.

BATouttaheck Yes, indeed... Anyone game (pun intended, obviously) for a game in which someone recommends a movie title and the first person who responds has to post the very first picture that came up for it on Google Images, no matter how silly or irrelevant?

Nalkarj Your idea might be a good game to give a try ... on "other games" ? or where ? Worst that can happen is that it just sinks slowly to the bottom of the list. So far my brainchild "find me a ____ in a screenshot" is rather plodding along and not quite what I had in mind. It's ok but "different".

It looks like it died when somebody asked for a screenshot of Scarlet Pimpernel flowers...

teleadmre: near fatal conditions at find-me That's where the idea of multiple posts comes in. It was intended to be a multi-branched game with more than one reply per request and not necessarily a linear one. So... like spaghetti would bring The Apartment, Saturday Night Fever, Lady and the Tramp etc and each would get a new "find me". It might work. Maybe not. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Abacus and woman throwing a drink kinda stopped me Have not checked for pimpernel. (yet)

One could always find a shot of a garden, and say hey the Scarlet Pimpernel flowers iis in bloom, well you know where they are since you asked for them! Kidding offcourse

Okay then, BATouttaheck . Ask Cortana. One of the options is See full-size image. Click that and copy the URL of the image window. On the other hand, Firefox is easier.
