I just knew it !!! How funny we were talking about hair styles in another thread and today this gets released !!! www.glamour.com/story/hidden-meaning-behind-daenery-braids-on-game-of-thronesHair length is also an indicator of successes on the battlefield: When a battle is lost, Dothrakis cut off their braids to wallow in the shame of their defeat. Daenerys' late husband Khal Drogo had never lost a battle, which is why his hair was long. It told the world he was dangerous and powerful. So now we're left to wonder why Emilia Clarke recently went for a short platinum look recently. If we had to guess, we think it might have to do with losing one of her dragons to the Army of the Dead. We wouldn't be shocked if that was a big enough defeat to force her to cut of her braids in shame. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Nah, she'll just try to emulate Cersei thinking it would earn her some respect

Nah, she'll just try to emulate Cersei thinking it would earn her some respect Yes I agree to some degre with you I think they are making cersei and Dany look alike You have two strong women , both queens, dressing in black, and now the hair , but something makes Dany cut her hair she would look like a copycat if she just cut her hair to look like cersei , there has to be a reason behind it.
