Keith David was born on June 4th, 1956 in Harlem, New York. He was raised in Queens and studied at Manhattan's High School of Performing Arts. He attended the Juilliard School's drama division and toured with John Houseman's theatre troupe The Acting Company performing the classics. He's narrated video games and audio books, as well as films for Ken Burns and other distinguished documentarians. Keith David is a multiple Emmy Award winner and a Tony Award nominee. He has a very special voice, like his friend and fellow New Yorker Louis Gosset Jr, and thankfully he shows no sign of slowing down any time soon ...
