So why do you think it is that there are significantly more threads and posts on the MCU board? It was at a friends house one night - Latin American guy - coworker. We'd just finished dinner and we were all parked in front of the TV watching some Spanish-language soap opera. In my infinite wisdom I ask my friend, "why is it that every time you turn on one of these Spanish soaps it's always about some middle-aged dude with an unnaturally full head of hair and a pot belly who has to choose between two foxy chicks - his smoking hot, middle-aged wife and some doe-eyed home wrecker?" As if the whole room had gained super hearing all once, everyone answered, "because it be like that." Hee hee hee...

It's the more active franchise.
DC has had Wonder Woman this year and Justice League is a month away. Marvel has had Iron Fist, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-man Homecoming, The Defenders, The Inhumans, Thor 3 is on the verge of release, we got a leaked trailer for Avengers Infinity War and we got a trailer for Black Panther.
There's a vast amount more to discuss.

We have Thor Ragnarok, The Punisher Netflix series (which comes out the same day as Justice League), The Runaways Hulu series, the last two episodes of The Inhumans (lol) and the possible release of Agents of Shield season 5. All in the same month. DCEU has Justice League with a possible Aquaman teaser. So obviously the marvel board will get more attention. But November will definitely be a interesting month!

There isn't a DC fan on either board that could resist the temptation to rub the success of that film in an MCU fan's face. They have to go to an MCU board to do that.

DC not only has 'Wonder Woman' and 'Justice League' but they also have Arrow, Gotham, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and the Flash and we now have an 'Arrow' board for the show on the Popular TV Series' section. DC also have Titans, Krypton, Black Lightning and Project 13 all starting next year and they have said there are going to be more live action TV shows on the DC Online Streaming Service. I am personally looking forward to seeing 'Titans' more than any of the movies.

They aren't all DCEU properties though, in terms of active properties for this year DCEU has WW, JL & Krypton maybe? the MCU however does contain GOTG 2, SMH, Thor3, Iron Fist, Defenders, AOS, & inhumans + the trailers for IW & BP, people post about all those things in the MCU board, no one seems to bring up the CW shows on the DC board or Lucifer, Gotham or Preacher either, the MCU just has more things to discuss out of the DCEU & MCU in terms of what those labels include, which admittedly is odd that people make that distinction but many ignore the distinction of discussing DC stuff on the DC board and not the MCU board, but then people are fucking weird so who knows.

So why do you think it is that there are significantly more threads and posts on the MCU board? I would typically make a joke that DC-Fan lives on the DCEU board and his odour scares away many, most do not wish to inhale the pungent aroma he exudes, but I fear that may be classed as a personal attack so I will refrain myself from engaging in such childish behaviour.
So I dunno maybe Marvel's the top dog for now so it gets heavier traffic because of it, also Spidey doesn't have his own board so the MCU board technically houses the Spideyverse as well for now maybe?

When this forum first started up back in February, I had suggested to the Admin to create a board specifically for the DC TV shows (Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Gotham). The Admin replied back in agreement at that time, but I never actually saw a such a board created. Looks like they've finally created a board for Arrow, but it should probably be called "DC TV" so that it can include all the DC TV shows (currently Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Gotham and soon to add Black Lightning, Krypton, and Titans).
What is Project 13? I haven't heard of that before and IMDb doesn't seem to have much information on that.

Yeah. I think it is great we have an 'Arrow' board now. I asked the Admin about a board for the DC TV shows and he wasn't sure if they would get enough members writing on them so he was nice enough to create an Arrow board for us to see how that goes and he said if it gets people writing we might get boards for the other shows in the future but if it didn't it would have to go. So far it is off to a good start and we have a number of the former members of the old 'Arrow' board writing on there but the problem is a lot of the members on IMDB who used to always write on the superhero TV show boards didn't make the move to here and I think they must have gone to Twitter or other social networking sites 'cause there were a lot of them on the old IMDB Boards and the boards for 'Arrow', 'The Flash', 'Gotham', 'Supergirl', 'Legends of Tomorrow' etc used to get new posts every minute. I would like to see boards for the other shows too but I appreciate the Admin creating the 'Arrow' board for us and we could talk about the other shows on there too like the old 'Arrow' board where we talked about all the other DC shows too. I have been meaning to ask you, were you on the old Arrow board and were you DCfan1 who used to write '"fake fan. Made up lies!!!" to people who didn't like the show?
'Project 13' is a new DC TV show being produced by Elizabeth Banks and is going to be part of the DC lineup on the CW Network next year. I don't know it is going to be an official part of the 'Arrowverse' but I heard the characters were originally going to appear in an episode of 'Constantine' in the 2nd season but the show was cancelled so it never happened. As a fan of the supernatural and paranormal I am looking forward to it and there are rumours Zatanna could appear in it which would be awesome but we will have to wait and see. I don't know much about it but here is an article you might be interested in. No. They are not. You are right. Although I am not sure about 'Teen Titans' 'cause the show is supposed to be based between when Dick is Robin and Nightwing and it could serve as a prequel to the 'Nightwing' movie for all we know but they will just use a different actor in the movie. 'Krypton' has been confirmed to be part of the DCEU and is going to serve as an official a prequel to 'Man of Steel.' It will feature characters like Hawkwoman, Braniac and the Eradicator and is going to show the origin story for Braniac. I think it would have been better if they had made the show about Jor-El and they could have started it out with Jor-El and Zod as best friends, showed how he met Lara and had his brother, Zor-El and Kara when she was a kid and eventually it would have lead to Jor-El and Zod having a falling out and the destruction of Krypton with Clark and Kara being sent to earth and from what I originally remember reading about it Jor-El was going to be the main star but I think Warner Bros wouldn't let them use his character.

There are just not too many "veritable" DC fans on this forum, it's that simple.
Let's look at the brand fan(atics), who usually are a relatively small group: On the DC side, I can name "DC Fan" as a merry gadfly but that is where it ends already. Now, we do not even have to start counting extreme MCU fans around here who hate on everything except MCU.
Why that is, no idea; same with Star Wars, here it's a slow burn, on other forums (such as the Jedi Counsil Forum) it's a wild run.
