Many MCU fans on this board blindly worship Kevin Feige like he's the 2nd coming of Jesus so it's hard to take them seriously when they rave about Thor: Ragnarok. However, someone posted an unbiased review of Thor: Ragnarok on the Film General board: Thor: Ragnarok (2017) non-spoiler ReviewBefore MCU fans here attack me, I'll remind everyone that this isn't my review (I haven't seen the film yet so I can't review or rate the film yet) but the review of a general unbiased movie-watcher. Here are some excerpts from the review: "lacks any emotional resonance" "The story telling is a bit of a jumbled mess" "The action scenes are effects heavy but lack excitement, stakes or tension." "not a great film, nor a bad film but an inconsequential yet funny film" The reviewer rated Thor: Ragnarok a 6 out of 10.

Non-Marvel fans will enjoy the film too.

You compared Spider-Man: Homecoming with Fant4stic, so it's hard to take YOU seriously.

Yeah, Razzie hasn’t had a false positive in recent years regarding Worst Picture. Really, only 2 similarities that these 2 films share that they center around teenagers and don’t have a lot action scenes.

Yeah, Razzie hasn’t had a false positive in recent years regarding Worst Picture. Really, only 2 similarities that these 2 films share that they center around teenagers and don’t have a lot action scenes. And both Marvel properties. As for lack of action scenes, Spider-Man: Homecoming makes up for that with clever writing, good special effects, and a twist I did not see coming. Fant4stic just doesn't have any of that.

It may not have a lot of action scenes, but it still has plenty of great Spider-Man moments. As a matter of fact, my favorite scene involving him wasn't an any action scene, but that one scene where he got trapped in a warehouse and had to find a way to get out.

Let's not blow this out of proportion and start trouble.
I really don't know what the point of the thread is, mind you.
There are 82 positive reviews from proper critics on Rotten Tomatoes. One user on this forum gave it an average review....ok?
Let's be honest if this same non biased user gave the movie and 8/10 instead then you wouldn't have made this thread. It seems like cherry picking to cause trouble.

It was at the moment he had to mature and become Spider-Man, which is why I loved that scene.

Actually, I was referring to a scene where he was left alone in a warehouse and only had that AI to talk to before heading to Washington Monument.

It seems like cherry picking to cause trouble. it's not even an average review but a mere abvove average one, on RT this would still be a fresh rating, seems like DC-Fan is still unable to conceptualise his own arguments so he's scouring the net looking for the closest facsimile to it to post to mimic him actually having a point.
Gotta say I respect him for not posting the one dicks review who spoils a bunch of the movie, atleast DC-Fan has some respect for peoples desire not to go in as spoiler free as possible, even if said review would side with his typical MCU hatred, so kudos to DC-Fan for being a better class than old fuck knuckle whats his name.
