in their respective films? Aren't they superheroes? It's as if they dont care about human lives...

Because Zack Snyder doesn't really understand what a superhero is.

Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk and the rest of the Avengers have a body count. Where's the complaints for that?

Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk and the rest of the Avengers have a body count. Where's the complaints for that? Cap's a soldier, Banner TRIES to direct Hulk at bad guys while leaving innocent people alone and Tony used to be a Death Merchant. With them it makes sense. And we get bits where they all TRY to minimize casualties, whereas Superman and Batman don't.

Troll: You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs. If you like bloodless, kiddy-friendly "warfare" I suggest you go watch A-Team, Transformers or MCU.

Troll: You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs. Oh, so NOW it's okay to use that term but the MCU apparently can't...

Not to mention Zod didn't exactly make the fight easier for him. He was out for blood. Batman took Doomsday to a vacant dock.

I think people are more complaining about Batman having no issue killing those Warehouse thugs. Yet for some reason he let JOKER live. I don't really hold the Metropolis fight against Superman.

Frankly, I did not count. Do you have official numers to compare?

Batman killed more people in the original movie and plenty in Batman Returns.
Pretty sure Superman also killed Zod in Superman 2 as well.

Superman I could see, he's always been a boy scout, but Batman? He's always been a bit of a dick. He's Xenophobic, especially towards nonhumans, and paranoid. He's a hot mess. Besides the DCEU version is a veteran of over two decades with a dead Robin. It's safe to assume he wouldn't be all right in the head like.

Well, Superman's "body count" in the DCEU has really only been 2 - Zod and Doomsday. And Superman had to kill both of them because if he didn't, they would've killed billions of innocent people.
A better question is: How many life insurance companies have the Avengers made bankrupt?
Because the Avengers have a much higher body count. And no, that's not my opinion. That's a fact, as proven by these videos (not made by me but made by other people):

Well, Superman's "body count" in the DCEU has really only been 2 - Zod and Doomsday. And everyone caught in the crossfire in Metropolis, can't ignore collateral damage.
