George Carlin Richard Pryor Eddie Murphy (should have stuck to stand-up, he was the man) Sam Kinison Bill Burr Louis CK (lost a bit recently) Lewis Black (getting a tad stale, still funny) Anthony Cumia (question wasn't limited to stand-up) tough to top some vintage dom irrera! www.youtube.com/watch?v=URU33qxPtPU

I've been to see Jimmy Carr a couple of times and watched one of his shows while stuck in an airport for 3 hours. I'd probably say him or Frankie Boyle as far as stand up is concerned, although I don't watch much.

Went to see Sean Lock. Laughed like buggery.
I like Stewart Lee but also find him politically tedious
Can't fucking stand Russel Howard. People who think he's funny should be punched in the face four times a day.

People who think he's funny should be punched in the face four times a day. Sean Lock is good, so is his old sparring, Jason Manford. I like Stewart Lee and agree with you on Russell Howard.

Bill Burr, Hannibal Burress, Jim Gaffigan, Anthony Jesernick. I like a lot of guys. I listen to stand-up every day and these guys always make me laugh.
