For those who have seen it, what did you think? Also let's not turn this another fight thread, okay?

All the characterizations were done quite well, with plenty of meaningful conversations between the various characters including scenes with paired off characters. The action scenes I felt a bit lacking, I'm not sure why. All in all I recommend the film.

Good film, not great. Story was pretty simple and there were one or two silly attempts at comedy but overall it was pretty fun and the character interactions were tight. It definitely had me wanting to see more of these characters and this universe.

For those who have seen it, what did you think? Also let's not turn this another fight thread, okay? Very good! Not as great as Wonder Woman but definitely better than GotG2, Homecoming, and Ragnarok. My rating: 9 out of 10.

Hmmmm
Stronger characterization, but weightless. The first act was pretty choppy, like things were rearranged, and scenes...personally I felt were condensed, and the Joss stuff was kind of noticeable, nearly everything Superman was Joss, save for two scenes, and he inserted some odd Brunch joke with Barry, but it pays off okay towards the end, but overall you kind of go with it or you don't.
So to conclude....fuck you Paramount and your stupid mustache.

I liked it.
The Good: Superman (here comes the Big Blue Boyscout), Wonder Woman (still great), Aquaman (cool new guy), Cyborg (surprisingly well-written to me), the post-credit scenes (one was just cool to see, one was actually relevant to the plot), and the team dynamic really felt well-developed by the end of it.
The Bad: The pacing (it was either all-action-all-the-time, or nothing), the editing (some action scenes felt rushed and incoherent), and the CGI (some of it looked great, some of it looked bad).
The Ugly: Batman's new suit, the underwater scenes (murky and cheap looking), Flash's humor (only one part made me smirk), and Cavill's "Whack-a-Moustache" CGI.
Overall, I liked it. It was a blast and I loved Aquaman. Superman really felt awesome to me, which surprises me to see that no one else really liked him in this. I think this is a wobbly step forward, but that's certainly better than a definitive step back.
7/10

Good film! Some of the humor fell flat and some of the action scenes were hard to follow. The story was good, the characters and their interactions were good. I did not notice any Snyder vs Whedon differences (I didn't look for them), I didn't notice the cgi mustache removal (again didn't look for it) or any other major cgi issues.
Better than BvS - Yes As good as WW - Yes Better than The Avengers - No Do I want to see more of the DCEU - YES

I liked it a lot.
Far from perfect, but ultimately, I really put all of the issues squarely in Steppenwolf's shoulders...he was a massive anchor.
Spoilery below here, but since this is a review thread, I won't hide it.
Pretty much I liked everything up until all they had to deal with was him and the Mother Boxes. At that point, there were no stakes, and I didn't care for him as a villain, so it was a pretty anti-climactic fight. But all of the other fights were pretty solid, my favorite being the first one in Gotham where they go after the STAR Labs people.
But the character moments were all good, if occasionally clunky.
Loved the opening bit with Superman on the cell phone...great balance between the slightly aloof Snyder version, and the Superman we all want him to be. The might have over-corrected with him slightly during the fight at the end.
I thought Cyborg would be the weak link, but I was pleasantly surprised, particularly with the performance.
Barry in the Batcave for the first time was great. Bruce's advice to him before the fight was a great moment...
The hint of the dynamic in Atlantis was cool...got me interested in the solo flick, and let us in on what Origin story they are using.
The thing is, I really enjoyed it up until they kinda stopped hitting Parademons and focused on Steppenwolf...and that being the last act, I can see how people might leave with a bad taste in their mouths.
Anything else is nitpicky...They went too blue in the new Supes costume, this design works better with the darker blue. Why would Bruce and Diana send Flash and Cyborg to dig up Clark if they had such an emotional tie to him? Should Barry be socially challenged?
7.5 out of 10.

I just saw it today and I really liked it, I get some people saying about things being a bit choppy, but then what do you expect when a studio mandate comes around after filming to cut the film to under 2 hours?
The CGI was my biggest issue really as it was really bad at points, other than that my issues weren't that big a deal and if what some are saying happens and we get an extended cut when it comes out on home release then that'll likely fix that issue for me.
What I liked was how fun the film felt, I loved 9/10 of the funny moments with Barry, my 2 favs being those with Superman, the bit where they are rescuing people was great and earlier when Barry realises Superman can keep up with him at super speed was another fun moment imo, Aquaman's speech was ridiculous in a good way, and I really enjoyed Bruce & Diana's chemistry.
One small issue I had is I wish DC would keep track of certain narrative points, like Wonder Woman's direction after WW1 because they have now contradicted themselves twice, also the narrative of Cyborg & the mother boxes seemed off given what we got from BVS, neither is a huge thing but it's enough to niggle me, out of 10 id give this a 7.5, they didn't nail it like I wished but it was good enough and I cant wait till Aquaman next year.

Oh right, a score ummm 6.7, also i will say Steppenwolf was kinda cool during his fight with the Amazons and the history lesson, but outside of that? Eh...... no. But I'll probably see it again on Tuesday with the person who couldn't make it.

Anyone else? In about 30mins I'll finally be watching it, so I'm excited! It's surreal that we've gotten a Live action Justice League film!

It was serviceable. I can't say I'm surprised by the reviews since the movie does have a pretty generic plot, dodgy CGI, a forgettable villain, and some rushed pacing, but the character interactions were fairly charming, and I liked the way Superman was depicted, ignoring the CG upper lip.

Still looking forward to seeing it can't miss nerd-event especially in view of the reviews. One man's trash is another man's treasure. I expect nothing but trash, but fun entertaining guilty pleasure trash. I agree with most posters here: Dumb, but fun - 6.5/10. We live in the time of the juvenile blockbuster. Accordingly, this is not the Justice League movie we need, but the movie we deserve. They got the core element right: character energy (great!). But not so much the storytelling and execution. This film will look a lot better on the small screen, especially the CGI and some super stiff upper lips. If they do a second part: You got a solid character foundation, now get the story and plot right please.

i really liked it. Sure, it's not perfect, but the heroes are great and it's really fun. i would like to see an extended cut since some of the scenes feel like there's something missing
