Any fans of the "Reload" album by Metallica? How has it held up after 20 years? Many people know the songs "Fuel", "The Memory Remains", and "The Unforgiven II" from it. I think there are other good songs like "Devil's Dance", "Better Than You" and "Slither".
I have to admit I think it's one of Metallica's weakest albums. The first half is good, but the second half feels a lot more inconsistent. The songs in the second half, while not bad, don't feel so memorable.

I haven't listened to it since the late 90's, but remember thinking it was one of Metallica's weaker efforts (their 2003 album, St. Anger is in my opinion, their absolute worst).
I really need to hear both Load and Re-load again and see how they hold up.

I really need to hear both Load and Re-load again and see how they hold up. If you don't compare it to the first five classic Metallica albums, Load is a very good album on its own in my opinion.

2 of them probably in my bottom 4 studio albums but still enjoy them like every other Metallica album except St Anger.
