This is something that has been irritating me since the beginning. DCEU is so darn inconsistent with how they display superspeed.
For example:
Steppenwolf does not have superspeed. If he did, he wouldn't have had issues chasing down Amazons and Aquaman wouldn't have been able to land hits on him in a weapon fight. And yet, he was perfectly fine keeping up with Wonder Woman and trading blows with her, despite the fact that Wonder Woman has superspeed enough to block automatic gunfire.
Superman clearly has superspeed, way faster than WW if we are to judge his fight with the Flash. And yet WW is able to land hits on Superman. Aquaman and Cyborg are also able lay hands on Superman.
Even when WW was only new to her powers, she was already fast enough to easily block multiple bullets from different directions. Yet she had trouble avoiding hits from Luddendorf.
Then you've got Doomsday, who's fast enough to land hits on Superman but had issues landing hits on WW. Whom Batman was still able to evade hits from.

The power and speed levels are all over the place in the DCEU films. I don't blame them. The DCEU heroes are literally gods capable of doing whatever they need to whenever they need to because DC.

This isn't a DCEU issue it's a comics issue all around, Spider-Man due to Spidey sense in a 1 on 1 fight should be impossible to hit as his senses should warn him of any significant blow and his enhanced abilities should make it a piece of piss for him to dodge them, also no way Cap can take Spidey in a fight, Caps meant to be peak human abilities, Spidey is beyond human levels however, so Cap's abilities are piss compared to Spidey, but Cap is shown to be more than capable because...comics.
Also Superman's speed doesn't mean anything to others being able to hit him, he's Superman he often intentionally takes shots because he knows he's invulnerable, any damage he may take is easily healed, it's why people can surprise him with their weapons because he simply assumes everything is going to be fine.
But as for how can x hit y if y can hit z but z is so much faster than x, Superman is fast enough to actually attack Flash at super speed but Flash is still too fast for Superman to fairly belt, it's close but not equal, Wonder Woman can hit Superman because she's both A: enhanced herself & B: instinctively a better fighter, Superman when he fights is throwing punches at where you are, Wonder Woman is throwing punches at where you are going to be, she knows by subtle movements the likely path you will take, the fact she can fight Superman hand to hand is a sign of her skill closing the gap between the difference in their powers, conversely Batman can do the same with Wonder Woman because her abilities don't extend too far beyond his training to give him a shot at lasting a few rounds.
The bullet bouncing things just meh whatever suspension of disbelief, but Doomsday makes sense, Superman is severely hindered in the Doomsday fight in BVS, not only is the battle ground got kryptonite particles in the atmosphere, Superman has already eaten 2 direct doses right to the face less than 30 minutes prior, and again Diana's experience allows her to fight smarter than the hulking rage mutant, where as Superman is less skilled a fighter there by making the Doomsday Vs. Superman fighting more evenly matched, and if you mean Batman dodged hits from Doomsday it's not true really, he dodged heat blast's from a distance not actual punches up close, over a long enough distance with a clear indicator of trouble most people can dodge most things.

I humbly disagree. It is this gods crap that has ruined DC heroes. Bats may be the world's greatest detective, but he does mess up in the comics & in the movies. Supes may have incredible power but he does not see himself as a god. Loki, a Jotunn & not an actual god, sees himself as a god & seeks to rule humans, but as Thor pointed out in Avengers, Loki seeing himself above humans makes him unfit to rule. Supes sees himself as just a boy from Kansas. An excellent basketball player isn't a god. Gifted, but not a god. They are flawed. Wonder Woman included. It makes them more accessible That debate amongst fanboys is what ruined Superman.
