And I liked it. It wasn't great, it wasn't anywhere near as good as The Avengers, I wouldn't say it was the best DCEU movie either (which is Man of Steel) but I thought it was good. It was entertaining throughout and pretty enjoyable, I didn't think it was slow like what Batman vs Superman was and I wouldn't even say I felt it was too rushed either. There wasn't much in the way of story at all, very simple and straight forward but it was still kind of interesting anyway. I liked the way they handled Superman, I was glad to see him back. The scene with him fighting the others was my favorite scene in the movie. He was also in it more than I expected to actually. The Flash was done well and Cyborg was actually better than I expected but Aquaman was a bit boring and didn't seem to have much impact in the movie at all, his abilities also didn't have a chance to stand out here. The colors also stood out more this time around, they didn't seem to be as muted as before. On the more negative side of things, the movie was overly CGIed, most of it looked fake, even scenes that you wouldn't think would look fake, kinda looked fake. Cyborg also had some pretty dodgy CGI though Steppenwolf looked fine. Speaking of Steppenwolf, yeah he wasn't what you'd call a good villain but he wasn't as bad as I was expecting either. I wouldn't say he was particularly worse than the usual MCU villain either. Pretty forgettable all the same. I was also hoping to get an idea of where the story was going to be moving in the long range of things like maybe a better hint of Darkseid but there wasn't much in that regard. So yeah I liked it, I want to see more, I definitely don't think they should reboot anything, just keep it coming and iron out the kinks. 7/10.

Agreed, the movie is dumb fun guilty pleasure and surprisingly succinct at it. I think it will look a lot better on the small screen given the aspect ratio and the cartoonish CGI, plus I'm hoping there will be an extended version like with BvS.

I thought the fight between Superman and the others was fun too! When they brought him back and he has hold of Batman and he turns his head and sees the other 4 (Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg), I got a kick out of that. He had this look like, "Who the hell are they?" It was a lot of fun!

Yeah I particularly liked the little eyeball turn when he reacted to The Flash's speed.

Agree with everything except the part about JL not being as good as The Avengers. JL is much better than The Avengers. I'll post my review of JL next week and explain why it's better than The Avengers.

Agree with many of OP's points, except:
My opinions of Cyborg and Aquaman are exactly the oppposite.
Steppenwolf is every bit as interesting to me as Dormammu and the bringer of Ragnarok (I forget his name).
The visual effects and CGI are among the best in this type of movie, plus it literally looks like a comic book come to life.
I like the movie a lot more.

I really liked it about equal to MOS in terms of quality for me and below WW but it's more enjoyable than the two combined. It also gave me that feeling of giddiness like The Avengers which is always a good sign.
