Whenever they fight.
Superman head butts Wonder Woman and both their hairdos don't even get messed up. Heck, Superman gets resurrected with a big boom and his clothes are shredded... but his hair is still perfect.
Wonder Woman gets thrown around by Ares, Doomsday and Steppenwolf and she doesn't even get dirt on her face.
Batman gets tossed around by parademons and even takes a hit from Superman... never even gets a cut lip or a bleeding nose. Heck, I'd settle for even a tiny rip on his cape.
To be fair, all superhero movies suffer from this issue to an extent, but Fox and MCU do seem to have better "wear and tear effects" than DC. The DCEU heroes remain way immaculate.

This is a odd nitpick.

I never really paid it much attention till Superman headbutt Wonder Woman. He hit her strong enough to make shockwaves and yet both their hairdos remained completely the same. Then I went back through some of the other action scenes from DCEU movies and realized they rarely ever showed any signs of getting messed up. No tears or rips on their costumes (mostly), no scrapes or bruises (mostly), no bleeding lips or noses, no even so much as dirt on their bodies. I mean, there are a few instances like Batman after his fight with Superman in BvS, but by and large they remain immaculately clean.

I'll agree that they do seem to steer clear of blood. BUT... As you said, Supermans clothes were shredded, Wonder Womans costume has scratches all over it, Flash gets shot, Batman shows bruises under his costume, Cyborg gets ripped apart, Aquaman has a scar above his eye LOL. Its in there. They're just not over the top with it.

This is my biggest nitpick with the Zod fight in Man of Steel. Shouldn't either be strong enough to damage and break each other skin, and even their suits regardless of the radiation from the sun. It makes them more stronger and durable, but not completely invincible or indestructible.

As for the Zod fight, yes you would think that if anyone could beat the other to bloodiness it would be them, but another way of looking at it is that maybe the way the sun works in their body is like a constant regeneration of cells thus making it hard for them to show those kinds of injuries (also explaining how Superman didn't deteriorate when dead)[?]

Aquaman's "scar" is Jason Momoa's scar. So no use including that in there. If anything, their costumes getting messed up makes matters even worse. Because are you telling me you went through enough trauma that your clothes get shredded and yet your hair isn't even tousled one bit? That your armor gets scratched and dented yet you don't even have a bit of dirt on your face? Batman showed bruises in his torso sure, but that was shown after the battle. During the battle he was squeaky clean, and so was everyone else. Flash got some Parademon gore on him then a few scenes later he's back to being clean.

Yeah! Why the hell does Indiana Jones' hat always stay on no matter what?
What are they thinking?! It's almost like they think it's just a movie or something...

And as for the rest, the truth is it doesn't affect the story or anything like that in any meaningful way, so I let it go. Its kinda like Stormtroopers not being able to shoot worth shit. Its there, but you don't sweat it.

How can you get dirt on your face, when there was never any dirt in the environment you filmed in? This is what happens when you let the visual effects team tell the story. A good writer would have noted in her/his screenplay that Wonder Woman is visibly dirty and disheveled during her altercation with Steppenwolf. If it's not on the page, it likely won't get done in the movie.
