Not in my view. Though if I had to kill them/prepare them myself, I'd be a vegetarian. But that's laziness as much as anything. I don't like to eat meat dishes with bones, either . . . just like I don't like to eat fruit with pits or anything like that. I don't want to have to work when I'm eating. Give me something that I can just eat and not have to do a sorting project on.

Depends on the purpose.
I don't kill animals as a general no-morality rule and primarily because I don't need to.
I would never kill them for sport or pleasure and would never accept a trophy kill.
However, I am perfectly content with other people killing animals for my food and clothing.

...no problem for me when it comes to rats and other vermin. Having served in the military, I could probably kill a man easier than an innocent animal...

If you’re killing them for food, clothing, or self defense, ie when you have the need, then no.
If you are killing them for sport or entertainment, ie for fun, then yes.

I will not kill any animal. In our home spiders and whatever are caught and placed outside.
We stopped fishing and when we were fishing, we used barbless hooks for catch and release.

Is it morally wrong to kill animals? No. Is it morally wrong to make them suffer needlessly? Yes.
