Possible I guess, not into rewatching mediocre eps again to find out. Her character isn't close to being a teen though, right? She must be someone in her mid to late 20s.

Tara was never tough. She pretended to be, and talked a lot of shit, (kind of a female Eugene). She did flip Rick the bird, if you want to count that as tough or unruly.
