Have a favorite 'jobber'? I love watching old school Youtube clips from the old school now demolished Spectrum in Philly. Being from Philly - This guy was always billed as 'Philadelphia's Favorite Son' - S.D. (Special Delivery) Jones S.D. would occasionally tag with some huge name like Andre the Giant, Tony Atlas, etc - so you knew S.D. was the one in all likelihood getting pinned at the end of the match. Who's your favorite? S.D. Jones:

Tough question because some of my all-time favourite wrestlers won one or two belts, like the A-Train for example, now a Grade A commentator. I'll have a think.

Wow that's a tough one. The one that comes to mind for me is Mike Jackson. He was a smaller guy but really put together some good offense and his matches were always exciting.

The best jobbers didn't always lose. Bam Bam Bigelow is one that felt like he lost all the time but still maintained an air of toughness about him.
As far as straight jobber I guess Brooklyn Brawler.

He would always put up a good fight (unlike other jobbers) but end up losing. Johnny Rodz was the heel version of SD, however when they wrestled at the Spectrum (every month on Prism) they both won often and Rodz was usually a face. Thanks for bringing back childhood memories!

Barry was one of the best. Also George South gets a lot of love in that area. Barry actually got a push though once at least. Won a title and everything.

Either the Brawler or Horowitz. Both did a great job of making their opponents look like a million bucks.

I recently discovered a hilarious jobber named "Porkchop Cash."
"Stick a fork in the Porkchop. It's done."

Porkchop cash? I wouldn't call him a job guy though. He drew money and won titles and stuff
edit: now that I watched that video, I did not remember the wwf used him as a job guy.

He was in ECW in their early days. It's hard to see the resemblance to his former self at that point though lol. I am not sure about Kerry Von erich. I always took it to mean that it was his last match but I could be wrong. I remember I had the tape of this show at the time. I haven't seen that in so long
