Make them here and be a legend in two years time if you’re right.
Hux gives a speech on Coruscant.
Kylo will go to Arch-to.
Kylo will tell Hux to cease all military operations.
Lando will be in the first scene which is Leia’s funeral.

This. Seriously. Between JJ making a horrible OT rehash fan film, Rian "With An I" Johnson then throwing down said premise and sodomizing it for two and a half hours while everyone who defended the ST howled in dismay and I cackled like a maniac, and now the naked emperor of the Mystery Box returning to his throne to "save" IX from the mess for which he's at least 50% responsible (and I would argue more like 95%) in the first place? Yeah, all joking aside and for real: it won't be good.

It will be hilarious if they lose half of their box office.

Yeah, all joking aside and for real: it won't be good. The worst part is defenders of the Jar Jar Abrams mystery box method don't want to accept that it's just lazy writing. Ambiguous endings are one thing; spending two movies building up mysteries that go nowhere is just pure filler to distract the audience from the fact that nothing is actually going on here. You don't have to shit on everything that came before to take things in a new direction, and if you're going to talk about what's behind the curtain for 4 hours, something has to be there when you lift it up. I don't care who Rey's parents are. You didn't care who Luke's parents were until you found out Vader was his father at the end of Empire. This forced theme of, 'anyone can be the hero, you don't have to be related to anyone,' was already established in the OT. Were Han and Chewie's parents relevant to the story? Did that stop you from rooting for them? Why go out of your way to make your big reveal a wet fart? You do it because you can't think of any other way to make the character interesting, and that's just sad.

>Rey will build herself a new lightsaber, using a crystal Leia had found years ago and was holding onto originally for her daughter (I'm still choosing to believe Kylo lied, and Rey's parents are Leia and Han), so it may not be a blue saber. Kudos to them if it turns out to be a green or white blade. >Kylo and Rey will face off again. >Poe will visit a memorial for Leia, and speak to her as if she were there, of the burdens of leadership and he'll smile as he talks about missing her and how he hopes she and Shara are proud of him. >BB8 will steal more scenes. >Finn will talk to Poe about things with Finn's love life (be it with Rose or Rey), and his not knowing what to do. Poe will be even more determined to take down the First Order, seeing more evidence of what their brainwashing/etc. does to people. >Kylo will have another hissy fit. Probably break stuff. >Rey will use the Force-connection to mess with Kylo, rather than him being the one getting tricked. >Force Ghost Yoda & Luke. >Rey will interact with Force Ghosts. >Kylo will try to use what Rey has told him, when they communicated through he Force visions in TLJ, to try to psyche her out. >Poe will use what he learned in TLJ, to kick 1st Order butt.

Rey and Kylo have sex. That's all that matters, apparently. It should be called Fifty Shades of Grey Jedi.

Rey being forced onto her knees before Kylo Ren's lightsaber. I'm learning way more about Kathleen Kennedy's private fantasies than I was anticipating.

I predict it will suck even more than TFA or TLJ The challenge is a big one after TFA & TLJ. It will be the first time for JJ to really having to explain the mystery boxes he set up and to follow up on TLJ. What can he do? They have already rehashed and sucked out all substance and plot points from the OT. Also, Fisher has died...the only real redemption link to Kylo. Will Rey be up to the job?
One thing is sure about Ep 9: A lot of fanservice and playing-it-save will happen. My predictions:
- IX plays years later after TLJ - Rey is the Master of a New Yedi Order (Vol 3) and has trained apprentices (maybe the broom kid & pals); Luke/Yoda/Kenobi may assist as Force ghosts - Poe is the Leader of the New Rebellion (Vol 3), - Finn and Rose are together but play no bigger role, there will be no love triangle between Finn/Rey/Rose (despite Rey's quasi-jealous look in TLJ) - There will be further YA chemistry between Kylo Ben as bad boy and Rey as good girl, but more coming from his side (but he will keep his shirt on); Rey will stay a good girl in all regards - Rey's parentage are not "nobody" (fanservice) but she s Luke's daughter or Kenobi - Kylo will fight against the Jedi with the Knights of Ren - Snoke will not reappear or be explained, but a new super evil characte rwill appear who was behind all. - During the last battle Jedi Force Ghost will play a belligerent role by interfering - Kylo will kind of turn and save the Rebellion/Galaxy at the last moment from an even greater evil than himself (I was wrong. I did not want this to happen), thereby betraying his allies/Rens. - But Kylo ben will not die, but just disapear like Luke on a full redemption mission under a new name - Phasma may return again (fanservice to redeem for Boba Fett, and 7 and 8) - There will be no Death Star, but something similar like a FO capital planet or gigantic Space Base to destroy - The good guys will win, the FO will be destroyed

I no longer do, and I'm not sure Disney ever did... ? ^_- I wasn't taking them "seriously" per se. No SW film is one of my top 20 favorite movies or anything like that. But SW had become like an oasis in a desert of poor creativity across all channels of modern creativity. Thirsty and tired, I looked at this oasis as an opportunity to have one big movie to look forward to every year. Alas, like all oases, when I finally got close, it was just more sand.

Every Disney Star Wars film has sand in it. Even TLJ snuck some in during those quick beach scenes on Canto Bite. On a slightly more serious note, I meant serious as far as the OT was concerned, not Citizen Kane or The Shawshank Redemption!

The promise of a new SW film every single year for the foreseeable future made me giddy because I mistakenly had high hopes after TFA. I thought I could train myself to ignore any Disney Magic or SJW bullshit along the way. I was wrong.

It's the setting of the sun so quickly in the first place that I'm not keen on. If indeed I'm a whiny child as I've been accused of being on this board, all I'm saying is that the street lamps were still on, other kids were outside playing Bloody Murder and I was sent to bed.

The soulless corporate meat grinder must be humbled first. Once their beloved billion-dollar brand suffers enough and fans get tired of lazy nostalgia pandering, Disney will be motivated to take greater creative risks.
