Appeals Court: Cake Isn't Religion Or Speech

Judgment against bakers in Oregon who refused a same-sex wedding cake was upheld. The court rejected both religion and free speech claims.
Will their decision influence SCOTUS (Justice Kennedy, really) with the Colorado case they just heard? Hopefully.
