I say no. Because if you do that then you might as well just have one coed league and at that point no women would have jobs. The physical differences between men and women are too great for them to compete in contact sports.
Things like racing and billiards...I got no problem there, but basketball, baseball, football, etc. absolutely not.

I voted yes, because I would like to excel at sports.

let them compete. open competition will ultimately foster a kinder, gentler thousand points of light society. . .
yeah right.
men will smoke women's behinds for breakfast and then all these ridiculous excuses will be bandied about again. men and women are different. and that difference is what makes the world go 'round.

It should be based on body parts. If it's a dude, but he has a vagina, then he should compete with women. If it's a women, but she has a penis, she's going to the dude's team. Hermaphrodites will be discussed at a later date, but my personal opinion is someone so unique should be able to pick and choose as needed.

Men (*) should absolutely not be allowed to compete against women (**) in any physical sports after the age of 10-12.
There is no reason why women shouldn’t be allowed to compete against men if they are good enough, except for combat sports. A woman fighting against a man in the same weight category in wrestling, judo or boxing would have an unfair psychological advantage, as her male opponent would be reluctant to give his all.
(*) Anyone with XY chromosomes, regardless of sex change surgery or hormone therapy (**) Anyone with XX chromosomes

It would depend on the sport.
Chess?... Sure.
Writing your name in the snow?... Probably not.

...men and women are equals in the military...I say go for it... No they aren't. Physical entry requirements are lower for women than men. At least in the British Armed Forces. The Ozzies are going full retard on this, asking for refits of fighter jets to enable women to use them.

It would depend on the sport. Chess?... Sure. Writing your name in the snow?... Probably not. Chess is gendered, because top women cannot compete with top men.

No.
If you ask women to compete against men in any kind of physical sport they will get their arses handed to them. Put it in perspective. The womens record for the 100 metres is 10.49 seconds. Men were running faster than that in the 1930's, without the benefits of modern equipment, training and diet.
A woman equalling the Womens world record would not have qualified past the 1st round of the 100 Metres at the 2016 Olympics. Sport needs to be gendered to allow woman a chance to win.
