And by disappointing I don’t just mean worse but movies you were looking forward to seeing and thought would be good or at least okay and were disappointed by. Some I am going to say are

101 Dalmatians (Live Action) - (Not a horrible movie but it should have been about the puppies and the puppies should have talked!! Disney did a better job with Buddies movies.)
Veronica Mars
Faust: Love of the Damned
Jason Goes to Hell
Freddy’s Dead: A Nightmare On Elm Street 6
A Nightmare On Elm Street (Remake)
Halloween Resurrection (I really liked H20 so I was looking forward to this one and was disappointed)
Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers (Killing off Jaime was a mistake)
Halloween (Remake)
Hellraiser: Inferno (And every other Hellraiser movie after it)
Children of the Corn 7: Revelations
Children of the Corn (Remake)
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4

Son of the Mask (I waited ages to see another Mask movie and this was not what anyone expected)
The Crow: Wicked Prayer (Killed the original franchise that was originally going to have 6 movies. I would have liked to have seen the movie with Iris as the Crow but Wicked Prayer killed it)

The Last Jedi wins this award by a long shot.

Spiderman 1, Spiderman 2, Spiderman 3 and The Amazing Spiderman. After that last one, I gave up on the idea that Hollywood could do justice to the greatest comic hero of all time and haven't seen/don't want to see the others.

Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions (although on later viewings, these have grown on me a little).

I guess these are the movies I anticipated the most and had the highest expectations before that left me completely deflated ("angry" in the case of TLJ).

I didn't have personal expectations for Gravity, but the fan and critic reviews were so over-the-top that I went in thinking it would be really good. Instead, it was really dumb. Watching it, I felt like Hollywood had trolled me.

It was definitely slow-moving for a movie about assassins.

I really liked the scene where Daniel Craig answers the moral to the story of the angels celebrating the death of other humans. Priceless cinematic line.
