It's at 0% right now. Everyone says it's the worst thing they've ever seen.

It's at 0% right now. Everyone says it's the worst thing they've ever seen. They didn't say it was the worst thing they've ever seen. The comments say it's rather unproductive, meaning nothing much happens for awhile. They do not say it's got horrible acting and writing or production value. And while I agree, nothing much happening doesn't sound fun, if it's at least competent, I would probably enjoy it more than some of these films that felt like they were written by 10 year olds.

Think anyone (even just 1 person) will end up liking it?

So far I really liked Daredevil S1 and S2 and Jessica Jones. Luke Cage went downhill in the final episodes but it was still ok overall. Looks like this might be the first stinker

I would imagine so. There have only been 9 votes. It's not like it's 100. 10. In all honesty I'm not really worried about it. I'm more looking forward to Defenders, Punisher, and hopefully a Daredevil 3, so if the Iron Fist series doesn't have much going on, we've got Guardians, Spidey, and Thor coming up anyway. Plus Shield.

well if the last 6(?) episodes are amazing then yeah, but even then i'm certain it will find an audience.

I guess Disney forgot to pay off the critics this time.

I guess Disney forgot to pay off the critics this time. The checks are starting to bounce.

Not familiar with the character and the synopsis of the series makes it sound like an odd mix of Batman Begins and Doctor Strange.

luckily this happened to them on the series.
however i'm just still morbidly curious to see what happens if one their film properties bombs with critics/audiences.

It's at 0% right now. Everyone says it's the worst thing they've ever seen. It sounds like a deconstructive title for a dark reboot of "Army of Darkness" (e.g. Batman = The Dark Knight)

Not really surprised on this, as my father and uncles (who grew up reading comics and watching superhero shows) noted that he was always pretty much just a fun-to-watch gimmick character. The damage will be limited, since Iron Fist can then redeem himself in "The Defenders" show. As for the movies, "The Incredible Hulk" technically did bomb, losing money at the box office for Marvel and Universal despite it getting largely positive reviews from both critics and audiences. That said, if that movie's anything to go by, if and when Marvel finally slips and makes a truly bad or "meh" movie, they'll more or less shrug it off and move on from it. Other than bringing Ross back and a quick reference to the Harlem duel in "The Avengers," "The Incredible Hulk" is pretty much never talked about in the MCU movies or shows.

These early reviews are really only based on the first four episodes. I don't think anyone has seen the full season. It might start slow and boring but maybe it might improve. I remember thinking that arrow show would not last a season since the first two episode where so dull and boring. Now that show is responsible for DC's tv universe.

Well I'm curious about a more current release. Besides it seems TIH while not being financially successful, was we'll received....enough, and that is what I'm curious about, a film that is not well received.

First six, and numerous shows have slow starts, but if I was in charge of distributing films to critics I would have given them everything if I knew my first 6 hours were just "super-meh"
