I'm looking for info about something I saw on Unsolved Mysteries. I think it was Unsolved Mysteries. I'm pretty sure it was. I have searched and searched but can't find anything.
The details I remember from the Unsolved Mysteries episode is about a woman who dreams about a house every night. During the dream she is in a rush and leaves the bedroom, goes down a back stairway, through a kitchen and out the back door. That is when she wakes up. She always wakes up after she leaves the kitchen. The other details are about a murder and I'm sure these two stories are linked, but I can't find any proof of that. She moves into the house she dreamed about and of course she recognizes it right away. She learns about a murder that took place outside in the drive way and I think it involved the man being set on fire. The path the man took was the same way she took in her dream. He heard something outside so he ran from the bedroom, down a back stairway, through the kitchen and out the back door. That is where he met the killer. This is all I remember.
Thank you in advance. I appreciate it.

Hey sagenesse , Unsolved Mysteries Ghosts DVD Set (2004) Segment: "Ghostly Attraction" Synopsis - " In 1990, the Hatley's moved into a 109-year-old mansion only to discover their home was haunted by the ghost of John Hardin, 32, who'd been murdered while putting out a deliberately-set fire in his truck in 1975." A woman who dreams about a house every night. During the dream she is in a rush and leaves the bedroom, goes down a back stairway, through a kitchen and out the back door. That is when she wakes up. The path the man took was the same way she took in her dream. He heard something outside so he ran from the bedroom, down a back stairway, through the kitchen and out the back door. That is where he met the killer. Yes, it seems, She was dreaming about what happened to him that night. The rest of the segment, is about the Ghost of John Harden. The family has strange encounters in the home, and one of the children wakes up one night to see John Harden standing at the foot of his bed staring at him. The little boy screams, and John Harden turns and walks out of the room and disappears. John Harden was a father in life, and it is believed that he became a protector in the afterlife, and was just checking up on the young boy. It was a very good segment, but a sad story. And it was quite a unique one for the show that features: psychic visions, murder, and ghosts, all rolled into one segment. Sadly, the murder case remained unsolved through 2007... Not sure what has happened in the last 10 Years. And we all know that Ghosts have yet to be proven true... so the paranormal events that the Hatleys experienced, remains "Unsolved" too, at least for the skeptics.

Just dug out my DVD and watched the segment again...
Not sure why the synopsis mentions "The Hatley's" in 1990... They were not featured in the segment...
It was "June Farris" who had the dreams, and moved into the home with her family in 1978...
But, I noticed a couple of things that were odd about the "History" of events... and not sure what to think about them.
FACT. Harden was murdered on March 22, 1975
1.) June Farris had her dreams from 1968-1972...
So these were actually Premonitions that she was having?
2.) In 1974, June Farris drove by the house "of her dreams", and it was for sale... So she stopped, and took a walk through the house, and realized it was the same house...
Not sure what was happening in 1974, and why the house was for sale... According to Unsolved Mysteries, June Ferris and her family, did not move into the home, until March 1978... Obviously, they didn't purchase the home, then, and then waited four years to move in...
It's possible that John Harden did not live in the house for very long before he was murdered... so, June Farris may have taken a tour of the home, just days before John Harden bought it... And then a few years after he was murdered, it was for sale again... June Farris, kept an eye out for sale listings, and then she was finally able to purchase the home, and move in.
Very Strange Coincidences.
Interestingly, it wasn't until Oct 1985, that the Farris family learned about John Harden's murder at the home... and put it all together.
