This may long be remembered as the beginning - could we ever hope seeing the day when obscure films like comedy Thor or Jumanji can beat WW, the best film of the DCEU, and DC's most popular heroes the Justice League, lead no more than by the Trinity: Super Man, Batman, Wonder ...? Do we hear a bubble bursting in ultra slow motion? No, we can hear nothing, there is a void, a vacuum... DCEU has nothing, got nothing. There is nothing to burst.

The funny thing is that when you initially made this thread, it didn’t.

I don't think anyone could have predicted the huge success of Jumanji. It's been out for 7 weeks and it is number on eat the box office this weekend. Even with the relative lack of competition, that is quite an achievement.

Jumanji was a blast (saw it in theaters last weekend) so I am happy for its success.

It’s going to end up surpassing all the 2017 superhero movies worldwide.
