From what I can recall, Clark never referred to himself as Superman, Bruce doesn't call himself Batman, Diana doesn't name herself Wonder Woman, Arthur doesn't call himself Aquaman, Barry Allen doesn't say Flash...
Is there a reason for this?

Maybe they're more proud of their real name and they don't find the "super name" to fit with them as well, so they just call themselves by their true identity.

Superman is a name given to him to sell papers, he has 2 real names he does go by anyway, Kal-El & Clark Kent, but he does answer to Superman, Diana we don't know if she's even been given the moniker yet so it's kind of dickish for her to just turn around and say call me Wonder Woman don't you think? most of Bruce's interactions with people have been as Bruce also does he even refer to himself much, Aquaman & Flash also only just got into the hero game so they may not even have had names prior to this.
Also when have they had reason to refer to themselves via their hero names anyway?
I think DC may just think their above using the names that much, where as with Marvel they bounce between their names depending on the situation, on a mission their more likely to refer to each other as their code names rather than their real names, like wise socially their more inclined to refer to each other as people and not heroes I guess.

Well, Lois did yell out Clark in front of a bunch of cops. Diana described Victor as a cyborg. Didn't Bruce say they called Arthur the Aqua Man? I think they use their hero names more as descriptions.

I don't think we have seen enough DCEU movies to really make that call but they have been doing that with some of the characters in TV shows lately too and we are yet to even hear anybody call Imra Saturn Girl in 'Supergirl.'

One of my favorite things from the JL animated show was when the heroes begin to refer to themselves by their real names. It showed a familiarity and trust among the group.
