DC Comics’ Solstice May Join ‘Titans’ According To Report
Titans is one of the most-anticipated superhero television series coming out later this year. It has been a long time coming to see the ever-popular DC Comics team brought to life in live-action form, but 2018 is the year it will finally happen. And if a new report is to be believed, the Titans may see the character of Solstice joining in on the action.

According to The Hashtag Show, a recent casting breakdown hints at the appearance of a character that may be Solstice a.k.a. Kiran Singh. In the DC Comics, Solstice debuted as a new member of the Teen Titans and is known to manipulate light and fly.

Titans follows a group of young superheroes from all over the DC Universe when Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of the fearless band of new heroes known as the Titans. The series is written by DC creative chief officer Geoff Johns, Akiva Goldsman (Star Trek: Discovery) and Greg Berlanti (Arrow, DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow, The Flash, Supergirl). Fringe director Brad Anderson is helming the series pilot.
The long in development live-action adaptation of the Teen Titans comes from Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. Goldsman, Johns and Berlanti Prods’ Berlanti and Sarah Schechter serve as executive producers. Here’s the official synopsis:
“Titans explores one of the most popular comic book teams ever. It follows a group of young soon-to-be superheroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In the action-adventure series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes that includes Starfire, Raven and others.”

The more I hear about this show the more I am interested in it. I think there is a chance 'Titans' could turn out to be the best show DC has made since 'Smallville' but with it being on the DC Network only it is going to suffer.
