The Negative Reactions towards Ronda Rousey joining the WWE and Her Debut at the "ROYAL RUMBLE" are Just NOT OKAY at all.
I miss the good old days when people were actually given a fair chance doing something before anybody decided to boo or cheer for them. That is exactly what I am going to do (give her a fair chance to prove herself in the WWE) when I see Ronda Rousey as a Wrestler because that I believe and feel is 100 percent the right way to go about it.

Or you know, maybe people just have a different opinion and all that stuff? Just because you don't agree with them doesn't mean that they're not valid. Her debut could be argued as an upstage of Asuka's moment and an upstage of the historic female Rumble in itself. Instead of giving Asuka that moment Ronda comes out looking like a dumbass pointing and smiling. It's a very valid opinion for somebody to have.
Also, maybe people much like myself have no problems with her athletic ability or what she'll provide to the WWE. My hatred of her is based upon her personality and how she treats people she views as beneath her. Maybe she has changed since she got her ass kicked twice and dealt a very serious need of humble pie. Before that she acted like her shit didn't stink and was 100% a complete bitch. She's not even a good sport about things like losing or accepting a hand shake from a bigger person in Tate who lost to her. Instead Ronda acts like a child.
Maybe she has grown up since then. However personally? I do not care. I've seen enough of her childish acts to know that I want nothing to do with her. She could go on to have an amazing WWE career however there is not a single thing that she can do in this business that will ever win me over. She will forever be a bathroom break or a time to change the channel in my mind. Just like your opinion is yours mine is mine. Neither makes either the correct one. They're opinions after all. In my mind and others I feel it's only a matter of time before people are complaining at how she's booked. A lot of us can just see it before others are willing to. You want to give her a chance? By all means. However some others already see the writing on the wall of her booking.

I don't think they really could have introduced Rousey in any other way. She wasn't going to be part of the rumble match, which was a let down for the crowd. They had to bring her out that night and it had to be the last thing on the show. I didn't like the handshakes, but I wasn't really into Asuka's interactions (if you can call making a stupid face and nodding interacting) with Charlotte and Alexa either.

I don't remember the build up to her Holly Holm fight but from my knowledge people really started to turn on her after how she acted on The Ultimate Fighter with Meisha Tate. She acted like an entitled brat and come off like a massive bitch. Then she beat Tate in what was her hardest fought fight to date and refused to shake Tate's hand afterwards because she's a poor sport. She needed to get her shit rocked against Holm to learn some humility in the sport. Once she got her ass kicked her career in MMA was over because all her mystique was gone and she then got destroyed again. She dominated a weak division at the time and the moment talent started to rise up the ranks she got exposed and then quit. If she carries this same attitude and self entitlement into her WWE career she isn't gonna be well liked in the locker room or by the fans I feel. |

Yeah, unfortunately after the Holm fight...she acted very strange and showed she couldn't handle losing. She didn't endear herself to fans with how she hid from cameras and spoke about how she wanted to kill herself after the loss. Strange, because prior to the fight she was talking massive amount of trash to Holm and saying Holm was weak.
She dominated a weak division who lacked striking skills. Holm exposed her for what she was. I think Pro wrestling fits her very well, she can handle a loss in scripted setting.

Also might be a swerve at WrestleMania, doubt it. But she seems to have some image of herself as a do-gooder. Even though her antics in MMA pretty much made her hated (Last 4-5 MMA Fights when people turned on her in my opinion)... |
