I think that the Number 1 Best Way to end Asuka's Undefeated Streak would be to do it at a Completely Unexpected Time at a Completely Unexpected Event (like on "MONDAY NIGHT RAW" or on "SMACKDOWN") and against an Opponent that she would be fighting against for the very first time (like Becky Lynch, Kairi Sane (when she eventually gets called up), or even Paige (if the rumors of her being finished in the ring aren't true)).
If they did that then I think that they would not only get believability on it but also they 'may' even get close to the same amount of shock reactions among fans both at ringside and watching at home.

Personally, I'd end the streak before putting a belt on her, but it's not going to happen.

If she went to Smackdown and won the Women's Championship, then Carmella could cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase on her, and be the first to beat her.
