Anyone else kind of digging the chemistry between Ray and Nora? Depending on where the story goes, I could see her being the lynchpin to this season's story, turning again Mulus and joining the legends next season, as part of a redemption arc; and develop a relationship with Ray.

Huh. I forgot all about her. But then I haven't been paying close attention to the show. It's usually something that plays in the background as I check Facebook.

Well... I would hope they have chemistry... Courtney Ford Joins Husband Brandon Routh On Legends Of Tomorrow

But honestly, what I see happening more than that is that she will become more dedicated to Malus. Damien will have massive concerns for the safety of his daughter and HE will come to the Legends asking for help...particularly appealing to Ray.

Interesting, I had no idea she was Brandon's wife in real life. And never assume that a married couple will have good screen chemistry, that's not always a given; and it's impressive to see a distinctive spark there, especially not knowing that there may be something more.
Given how this week's episode ends, I think it's going to be a case of defeating Mulus by saving Nora; and it may even come down to a situation where Damien actually sacrifices himself to save his daughter's soul. And then afterwards she stands at a turning point where she can decide to try and redeem herself. They've already hinted at this with Nora a couple of times; especially when they were trying to appeal to her younger self; and again with this episode, where she seemed to at least humor Ray's less violent approach, if not wholeheartedly embrace it. Plus there was they really played up the father/daughter dynamic between Nora and Damien, emphasizing the importance of that relationship between the two of them, in spite of anything else about them.

I am not sure if Nora will become a season regular next season and there are other superheroes I would like to see join the main cast over her but I can see her becoming good at the end and helping the Legends defeat her Father. I think there was a reason we got to see her as a child again and her interaction with the characters in that episode will have changed her.

Well if they cant get Constantine back maybe Norah could serve as the supernatural expert for the team, and if Jax comes back and uses the fire totem to be Firestorm we can off Nate & Amara & Zari and have a team of Sara, Jax, Wally, Ray, Mick, Nora & maybe a 7th member who serves as a rotating spot for whichever season, I would watch that show...then again I watch this show even when it sucks and is Nate heavy, so what do I know?

You're right. She could but I would much rather see Zatanna join the team if they want another character who is involved in magic and the Supernatural and they could have Constantine bring her in and say she is a friend of his or something. The only problem I think they might have with Zatanna joining 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' is she could be too powerful and make it too easy for them to defeat villains. I am not sure how many Zatanna comic books you have read but in the comics she is one of the most powerful beings in DC and she could make people disappear and create things like buildings, cars, lights and islands with her powers. She could even make a person teleport to her when she wanted to see them. We didn't get to see her use much of her powers in 'Smallville' but in one episode she unknowingly wiped Clark's memory and then there was the body swap where she made Lois and Chloe change bodies. If they have Zatanna join as a regular they will most likely have to power her down in 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow.'

Yeah I would love to see Zatanna appear on the CW shows but like you said their maybe issues with that, I haven't read her stuff but I know she is one of their big guns when allowed to be, which is why outside of having her on the show to have her on a show she would not fit with LOT, she's actually powerful and competent, I know in the comics Ray is meant to be competent also so it may not be saying much but I think adding Zatanna to the show unless they had her be like her Young Justice version where she's still young and learning line in S1 you would have to greatly sabotage her to make her fit with this bunch on lunk heads, Nora I'm not sure if she has a comic counterpart but regardless if she did is already entrenched in the LOT doofusery so adding her to the team doesn't power her down or anything, plus I like Courtney Ford and enjoy seeing her on a show.

It is probably best if they have 'Zatanna' appear in 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' to have her as a guest star like they have been having with Constantine 'cause they wouldn't have to power her down so much if she only appeared once or a couple of times. If they could afford the CGI they could even have Swamp Thing guest appear in an episode too but I am not sure about the restrictions on those characters 'cause they allowed Zatanna to appear in a few episodes of 'Smallville' and there were even plans for her to have her own spinoff show at one point that fell through so I think they should be able to have her appear on 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' or in an episode of 'Supergirl.' I have heard some fans say she would be best suited to appear in an episode of 'Supergirl' 'cause they could have magic on the show and Supergirl is weak against magic and Zatanna could help her fight villains that use magic. Yeah. The writers have dumbed down some characters for 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' such as The Atom and Hawkman was dumbed down too and was far more competent in 'Smallville' even though he got killed off. They really messed things up with the Hawks and had they not I think they were meant to stay in the show.

They really messed things up with the Hawks and had they not I think they were meant to stay in the show. I would go either Supergirl or Arrow myself as Arrow in a guest spot she could be the big gun for the ep and use her magic to level the playing field for Oliver in an extreme mismatch sort of way, Supergirl would be ideal also especially against foes like the Worldkillers where she can both whoop arse and mystically enhance Kara's powers or defence.
LOT would be fine if she were a young magician like I said it explains why she's powerful but not always in control and would work as a regular, I dislike LOT with their guest spots as the actually ruin characters abilities worse short term because then characters get used to "elevate" the legends who are not even borderline but outright incompetent most of the time, and yet they always get made to be the "special" ones over the guest stars, so unless she's going to be used at a stage to justify her not being as strong as she should I would rather her not be on LOT, but a young version could even work with Constantine sending them to her when she's younger, with the point being he knows about the team through Zatanna due to timey whimey bullshit ala Dr Who.

Heh. I do not remember anything that happened in this weeks LoT. Or any from this season to be honest. But then I don't watch the show as much as I have on the background while I do the things. Not sure why I still do this as I hate the characters and could care less about the plot.
