Yawn. It's been proven wrong over and over again. There's never been any conclusive evidence that games cause violence in society. They can't possibly think that it might be the fact that the US is the only country in the developed world where mentally ill people are allowed access to high powered weapons, right?

This reminds me of the time people blamed Marilyn Manson for the Columbine shootings. Not only was the responsibility placed on the wrong person, but the killers didn't even like Manson in the first place.

While I generally like Trump, I got to disagree with the anti-violent video game mindset.
clearly there is more than violent video games that set people off as it's pretty safe to say it's not the root cause of their problems.

We become what we regularly consume. If some nutter lives on a steady diet of realistic violent video games, their mental state WILL likely deteriorate. Throw bad parenting and bad social life into the mix and you have a recipe for disaster. Anyone who sees no correlation is either stupid or willfully ignorant.
