Just a smidge of foreshadowing what was to come with Highlander, but I digress. Even if this was a bad movie...why can't we find it? Why was it never released on DVD? Has anybody actually seen it?

I've seen it and would like to own it on dvd. Let's hope an official release is on the way. Also check out Gerard Kikoine's 'Buried Alive' (1990), Fred Olen Ray's 'Haunting Fear' (1990), Jim Wynorski's 'The Haunting Of Morella' (1990) and Stuart Gordon's 'The Pit And The Pendulum' (1991) for more great turn-of-the-decade Edgar Allan Poe action.

I currently own a video (vcr tape) of it. I bought it around 15 years ago on line from Videoflicks. I think this is the place: www.myvideoflicks.ca/Welcome.htmlBut apparently they only do rentals now; and not surprisingly only dvds and blu ray. But, back in the day they sold used videos, or at least a company with the same name did. My copy of Masque of the Red Death is of poor audio quality. You can see it okay, but its hard to hear. I know I should have sent it back, but I had been looking for it for a long time, I'm such an AP fan. When I found it, and they sent it to me, I just kept it.
