Now... While I think that the whole "reality is breaking down on a quantum level" or "realities are being merged" is pure BS.... and that most of these can be explained... easily. I'll be damned if I don't remember KitKat, at one point at least, having a hyphen and being "Kit-Kat"... but.... Nope. Never. How'z about you guys... Do you ever remember it being Kit-Kat? Any weird ME effects that you remember wrong?

I don't care what people say, I know it's the Berenstein Bears! It's an antisemetic conspiracy to hide their Jewish background dammit!

No, but I seem to remember Fruit Loops instead of Froot Loops. Wasn't that just a marketing change?

No, but I seem to remember Fruit Loops instead of Froot Loops. Wasn't that just a marketing change? Not according to Wikipedia. It was introduced in '63 as Froot Loops. The same person who mentioned that one also said people remembered Febreeze instead of Febreze, but my memory isn't good enough for me to commit myself.

I have a really clear memory of the day of the Challenger disaster. I could tell you exactly what I did that day, right up until I saw the news in the evening. My brother was with me, as were the rest of my family.
Thing is, he also has a very clear memory of the day. And what he remembers is completely different than what I remember.
So one of us is badly wrong. But both of us are pretty damn certain that it's the other one who is wrong.
Point being, human memory is a very odd thing. It's extremely easy for them to be wrong.

I half remember being this round perfectly formed ovum thing gliding gleefully down a Fallopian tube, when this rude pesky sperm thing 'came' and interrupted my reverie by piercing me to my very core. He remembers it quite differently!

The one that made me notice it was realizing Interview with a Vampire was Interview with the Vampire.
The one that kinda freaked me out was that Queen's We Are the Champions doesn't end with "...of the world." That one had me questioning my sanity until I realized the "...of the world" comes at the end of the first chorus rather the end of the song/final chorus.
Human memory is remarkably fallible.

I'm pretty sure that phenomenon's name is based on the fact that the people in question are confusing Nelson Mandela's death with that of Stephen Biko's. Edit: But.... I clearly remember KitKats being hyphenated...

Go to YouTube and he's still in the movie, but now he's one of the good guys. Weird.
