So Bucky and Steve claim that Bucky was brainwashed into killing Howard and Maria Stark. If true, then that would mean Bucky was just an assassin following someone else's orders. So if true, then whoever supposedly brainwashed and ordered Bucky to kill Howard and Maria Stark are also guilty of their murders. But police and law enforcement have no information about that because Bucky is the only 1 who knows who allegedly brainwashed him and ordered him to kill Howard and Maria Stark.
Now if Bucky and Steve would do the right thing and have Bucky surrender himself to the police for the killings, then Bucky could provide evidence against those who allegedly brainwashed him and ordered him to kill Howard and Maria Stark and then the police can use that information to go after those people. But Bucky and Steve refuse to have Bucky do the right thing and surrender himself to the police and provide evidence against those who allegedly brainwashed him. So thanks to Bucky and Steve, the killer(s) (Bucky and those who allegedly brainwashed and ordered Bucky to kill the Starks) of Howard and Maria Stark remain free and unpunished for the violent and brutal killings.
Wasn't Howard Stark a friend of Steve Rogers? So why doesn't Steve Rogers want to bring the killer(s) of Howard and Maria Stark to justice? Does Steve Rogers hate Howard and Maria Stark so much that he would rather have their killer(s) remain free and unpunished?
Why does Steve Rogers hate Howard and Maria Stark so much? Is it because Howard and Maria Stark are rich so Steve Rogers hated them for being so wealthy?

The ones responsible are all dead already. According to the Wiki, the leaders of the Winter Soldier Project were Armin Zola, Alexander Pierce and Vasily Karpov.
They're all dead. There's nobody to bring to justice.

There is no indication that Roger hated the Starks. Yet Steve Rogers doesn't want Howard and Maria Stark's killer to be brought to justice. Bucky was brainwashed, so he's indirectly responsible. Even Howard would understand that. Seriously, repeating the same shit over and over doesn't make it right. |
