He is tweeting about co-hosting with Mexico? I was in Mexico City in 2016 and I could see no anti-Trump sentiment, no matter where I went. Mexico is prepared for going the distance without the USA. The US Dollar is no longer a generally accepted currency there, even in f***ing Walmart, and the growing rise of the Peso has put paid to the previously profitable Arizona Tunnel Buck and is on its way to outlawing the Drug Laundering Dollar. And that's why there is already serious violence happening in Cancun, a place I have also visited and in which have been nearly ripped off - but that was part of the excitement back then, but now with the ugly shadow of Trump threatening to close in on the World Cup and God knows what else, I fear for resorts such as Cancun, just like I do San Jose in Costa Rico, where I haven't visited but which I believe is under Trump's f***ing radar, as it has been under previous presidents of the United States. I once took it upon myself to twat Trump's Twatter account (shortly after returning from my last visit to Mexico City) and basically told him to f*** off, that nobody, but nobody, I'd met or seen in Mexico City outwardly gave two damns about him, and that people were too busy getting on with making a living for themselves to worry about his pathetic wailing and threats about a wall. Needless to say I received no reply from him or his office and expected none. This is one of his twats that has recently particularly irked me :
Bullshit. Four years earlier the Mexican government had aligned with Obama to decrease the number of want-away people from Central America - a fair percentage of them Hondurans not Mexican - intent on going to the USA, and catching them. All Trump is doing now is chest-beating himself about an issue that was raised by Obama years ago. The proportion of Mexican people that smuggle themselves into the United States is far less of a financial burden than the ridiculous cost of a Wall built to keep them out. Now, after a deployment of armed and ready-to-shoot troops on the Southern States/ Mexico border, you may wonder why in 1984 the Mexican government bothered putting forth its Southern Border Program, keeping nearly 100,000 illegal want-aways, of various nationalities, from passing through Mexico into the USA. It was fit for purpose but it is a slow process, but Trump wants pocket aces as soon as he sits at the table. It doesn't work that way.
So four years on from that, what is it that Trump truly wants? Whatever it is, it cannot be for the betterment of his own country - because to begin with he is either a blatant liar or possesses an extremely short/selective memory, as above. But that's just a single example. There are plenty more if you care to dig more than a little deep, or actually spend some time in these places that Trump-blinded followers have never visited or lived in, or have even an idea how people in such places live, and are too busy being blanketed in their own TV world to even think about what lies beyond the bilge that spews from this most ignorant of presidents.
I Tweeted you once, Trump, and I repeat here what I said then. I hope there comes a day when you will be fleeing the USA and trying to climb over a wall into Mexico. A wall built, paid for and gun-patrolled by Mexico to keep people like you out.

That's not how you lobby the FIFA member associations.
Someone needs to tell him it's lavish holidays, expensive gifts, and stuffed unmarked envelopes passed under the table.
