I can't really come up with any that I just flat out don't like...
There is one episode though... Half of it I like, Half of it I don't...
Season 2 "Threshold"
"Tom Paris breaks the transwarp threshold in the Shuttlecraft Cochrane, designed to reach warp 10, but there are some peculiar side effects."
I love the warp 10 stuff...
I hate the "peculiar side effects."
I choose to ignore the second half of the episode, and just believe there was some problem with integrating the technology into Voyager.

"Threshold" has a "so bad its good" quality for me. Its so ridiculous that's its entertaining as hell, and you can just watch the episode as some crazy dream Tom Paris had.
My "worst" episodes are "so bad its bad" episodes that are boring, idiotic, unwatchable tripe. Here are some particularly aggravating ones:

I hate the one where Chakotay gets involved with a Species 8472 alien.
Why do they ruin such neat things with stupid romances?
That alien was so cool--they should have left it as a mystery or Deus ex machina kind of thing.
What's the one where Paris and Janeway get turned into lizards and mate?
That was too weird for me.
I think it is funny thought that the king of Jordan was eaten by a cave lizard on Voyager.
I remember when they said he was being named king--I thought of that lizard.

Did the creator just take dialogue snippets from the episode itself? If so-he really did a good job using that.

It's amazing that one guy did it all because it shows how much technology has advanced. It took dozens of people to do the originals.
