I was disappointed with the 4th installment, both in style and narrative. It came out too late after the third part and was a dead horse by then. It feel it would have been better if it had been made in the style of the previous 80's action extravaganzas for it to work, to give it a nostalgic sense, like Spielberg did with Crystal Skull. It's weird that he stopped after part three. Like he could have easily done another one back in the 90s.

I liked the 4th but time to stop. At one time they said the 4th or 5th was going to be about Rambo fighting nationalist militia types led by Brian Dennehy! If they really want to wear their bias on their sleeves....

I can get behind this movie. Stallone can still film gory, fast-paced action pretty well.

Why not just make it an original movie with a new Stalone character going after the cartel? Rambo is finished, no need for another one especially at this stage of Stallone's age
