I'm sure cartoons have spoiled some movies for me when lampooning films.

Some guy blabbed to his friend the entire plot from beginning to end of The Bourne Identity as me and my friends sat beside him in a restaurant. Kinda anticlimatic later on when I did see it.

On the Fight Club DVD commentary track, Fincher, Pitt, and Norton talk about how Rosie O'Donnell gave away the plot twist on TV.

Back in the day of the IMDb MB's, I was hanging around one for a Star TREK film, when some idiot--maybe he had come to that board by mistake--mentioned Star Wars: The Force Awakens and casually dropped a remark about the death of Han Solo. Hello--TFA had been out only a week or so; why would he assume everyone on a Star TREK MB had already seen that movie? Maybe he thought nobody on an ST board would care about a film in the "enemy" franchise. For the record, I wasn't the only poster upset by this spoiler (even though I sometimes feel my sister, my husband, and I are the only people alive who are fans of both ST and SW ). Anyway, my "posse" and I eventually went to see SW: TFA. While I knew about that plot point, I was the only one of us three who knew it (I decided not to tell my family, or even hint "I know something you don't know") and I didn't know when it would happen. As you might imagine, knowing the fact without knowing the particulars, while having to keep completely mum about the whole thing, didn't exactly enhance that viewing experience.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. I knew Anakin Skywalker was going to become Darth Vader and was disappointed with how his turn to the dark side was handled.

Doubt that’s what the OP was going for. Anyway, The Usual Suspects was spoiled for me. I don’t know if it were because of that or something else, but I couldn’t stand the movie except for Spacey’s performance.

I can't stand that fat cow & because she was so offended by that film, she felt the need to spoil it on her show (or The View) . Luckily I was able to see it before she spoiled it for everyone .

I had no clue and I've seen the movie it's referencing.

I don't recall a movie ever being spoiled for me, however some shithead did spoil the bizarre conclusion of the novel Hannibal.

I think I'll finally pick it up on Amazon.

Silence of the Lambs. My father saw it in the theater and told me the whole story including detailed scene descriptions.
That idiotic Terminator Genysis trailer which revealed the plot twist.

The Sixth Sense, though I did it to myself.
Casablanca & Citizen Kane, nearly impossible not to find out through cinematic fandom. Classics like those, I've surely never not known the endings.

“Sleepaway Camp”, nonetheless the final image and especially sound FX were effective.

Empire Strikes back - father twist spoiled by my brother and basically pop culture in general, then Clerks told me pretty much everything else that happens
Wrath of Khan - Seinfeld spoiled Spock's death (though he comes back anyway, so whatever)
Friday the 13th - spoiled by the opening of Scream
Scream 4 - identity of the killer was all over IMDb after the first test screening
Final Destination 5 - trailer had a shot of the [blank] blowing up at the end
