Rey, but they are different Mary Sue types. Rey is the classic God-Mode Sue. Bella is a so called Anti-Sue. Both stink and are evidence of incompetent writing.

When an incompetent writer tries to avoid writing a Mary Sue by making the character a flawed loser. But still conveniently bends the narrative around to accommodate the character. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AntiSue

Rey on a technicality.
This thread made me realize that Twilight actually has a better supporting cast than the Star Wars sequels, even if the lead characters all suck.

Rey from these latest SW movies or Bella Swan from the Twilight franchise. Well? Rey. She has the narrative, character development of other characters, and pre-existing laws of a franchise universe all changed to accommodate her MarySueness. It doesn't get any more MarySue than that.

Rey, although I like her way more than Bella or anything else from that godawful franchise.
