Thor will come hang sometimes and supply his hammer. Black Widow and Steve will visit for group parties whenever they sneak back into the country.

Tony did not get him killed. He turned to dust. He could have been at home playing video games and the result would have been the same. She doesn’t know that. All she will know are numerous eye witness accounts of a person matching Spiderman’s description last seen travelling hundreds of kilometres into the atmosphere. This is several days before the cataclysm. IF Tony’s suit recorded Peter’s demise he may be exonerated. If not, he would be in trouble. Considering that half of the entire universe's population just turned to ash, I doubt it. |

Nah I doubt it. Aunt May would need to prove that Tony actively recruited or forced Peter to join him in fighting Thanos and the BO. Tony never did that. She could sue him for Peter's role in Civil War but not in Infinity War.

BTW why does everyone seem to think that there is going to be a big time jump between Avenger 3 and 4? I think it will pick up right where it left off and be completely resolved in a few days.
That's also why the netflix shows in the next year won't be impacted. They will pick up where they left off last season and therefore they will take place before the events of Infinity War.

I think there is a time jump at the beginning, but it's all undone by the end of the film. |

But anyway, I agree that it wasn't Tony's fault and that Peter would have turned to dust no matter where he was. Plus, Aunt May probably vanished as well.
