now {spoiler} is dead. He’s not old enough to be recruited into a combat role.

And he will never be allowed to work with children ever again.

If she's still alive.

The Russo brothers claim that she is. If Tony makes it back he will be up for millions or even jail time.

I thought they said it was too much of a spoiler to reveal.

I thought they said it was too much of a spoiler to reveal. Oh, ok. That means she lives I presume.

I thought they said it was too much of a spoiler to reveal. Oh, ok. That means she lives I presume. Yeah that's what I'm guessing anyway. Paltro dropped major spoilers in an interview recently. Pepper is alive and apparently they have a kid. So it'll be interesting to see how Tony is dealing with the guilt of losing Peter.

I thought they said it was too much of a spoiler to reveal. They said Aunt May is alive. Ned’s fate is a spoiler, though.

He would have turned to dust anyway, the deaths were random. He didn't die simply because he was an Avenger.

Nothing Tony did contributed to his death... maybe she should sue Thanos

Tony did not get him killed. He turned to dust. He could have been at home playing video games and the result would have been the same.

I just remembered the end of homecoming with Aunt May. We don’t know what she actually is aware of regarding Spidey/Avengers happenings between that moment and IW.
Also, Tony is more likely to get caught up in #metoo than anything.

He would have turned to dust anyway, the deaths were random. He didn't die simply because he was an Avenger. That’s true. But can Tony prove it? Many would have seen Spider-Man in the sky trailing the alien ship. May can testify that Peter was Spider-Man, Ned is a witness, so at the very least Tony is responsible for some kind of laws concerning child endangerment.

Also, Tony is more likely to get caught up in #metoo than anything. If Peter goes missing for months, don’t you think Ned would assume the worst and tell May about Spider-Man? So she doesn’t think the worst? And then it will be easy to reveal the truth about the ‘scholarship’ that Tony mentioned in Civil War in the Parkers’ home to be bogus.

I’m referencing the end of Homecoming where May walks into Peter’s room, presumably sees him in Spidey gear, and says “oh, sh-“ (or is it “oh,fu-“?) as credits roll. She most likely knows, but we don’t know what happens or what she’s in on between then and IW.

Tony did not get him killed. He turned to dust. He could have been at home playing video games and the result would have been the same. She doesn’t know that. All she will know are numerous eye witness accounts of a person matching Spiderman’s description last seen travelling hundreds of kilometres into the atmosphere. This is several days before the cataclysm. IF Tony’s suit recorded Peter’s demise he may be exonerated. If not, he would be in trouble.
