Shatterstar seemed pretty dead. Cable gave no indication of being racist. That’s the joke. Black Tom isn’t black. In Deadpool 2, he was a white guy who tried to be black. It’s pretty silly, he is a character with a long history in comics. No need to diminish him to something he was never associated with.
