Hands down:
Jay O. Sanders - Discovered his Nova episodes and it was love at 1st sentence. An absolute pleasure to listen to. His Secrets of the Dead episodes are the reason why it became one of my favorite shows. He could read a manual and make it sound interesting.
Liev Schreiber - His Secrets of the Dead episodes are on par with Sanders'. Having watched him in the movies I was in complete surprise that it's him. I am now watching America:The Story of Us which he also narrates. It's twelve episodes of complete bliss.
